Extreme Makeover
A personalized program bringing together personal training, yoga, cardio, hiking and VAYU Aerial Yoga. Adri adapts the activities to your goals, energy and recovery as you go.
$1,200 USD
Three-month program
20 hours
Of guided session time with Adri in total
What your package includes
- 20 total hours over three months, equivalent to twenty 60-minute sessions.
- Flexible frequency: agree your weekly sessions with Adri around your needs. There is no fixed weekly class allowance; the program total is 20 hours.
- Activities that adapt: a gym session can be exchanged for yoga, VAYU or a hike, as agreed with Adri.
- Time is counted by the hour: a two-hour guided hike or session uses two of your 20 hours.
- Optional continuation: another three-month program with 20 hours costs $1,200 USD.

NASM-certified personal training, cardio and hiking as part of your plan.
Yoga
Movement, breath and a practice that adapts to your energy.
VAYU Aerial Yoga
Supported movement with an aerial hammock and individual guidance.
Tell Adri about your goals to agree the mix of activities and your schedule before booking.
VAYU and hiking take place in person. Locations and the format of other sessions are agreed with Adri. This program is separate from group yoga credits.
